If you like our styles then you can send us your doll.

- Doll head or Doll part will be well packed and sent by agreed courier.
We will not be responsible if they are lost or damaged courier during delivery.

- We do only natural and colorful style.

How to Shipping & Payment
Please following these terms and Conditions

1. Send Inquirement -> Waiting for verify -> Inform us shipment date -> Give us a tracking number.

2. Your personal order will be assigned only when the package arrives.

3. You coincides to be responsible of any custom tax occur.

4. Customer will payment to 100% amount including cost of return shipment before start working process.

5. Picture of the doll head ( W.I.P ) will be send to you when 95% of the process.

6. Picture of 100% complete work will be send to you before it’s packed and returned.

7. After the package is sent via Register air mail or EMS, you will be given a Tracking number.

 If your doll was face-up and not totally cleaned before sending to us. You will be charge for this too.
